Terms of Use

Manila shows the transactions, balances, statements, bills, recurring charges, and statement credits of the credit cards you connect. It can't move money and isn't financial, tax, or legal advice.

Manila shows information as it receives it, without verifying it, so it can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Each card's benefits are set by its issuer's terms, which govern wherever they differ from what Manila shows. Credit tracking, search filters, and reminders are automated aids, not a guarantee that any credit or deadline is caught.

Manila connects to your financial institutions through Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"), an independent company that isn't a party to these terms. By connecting an account, you authorize Plaid to retrieve its information for Manila and agree that the Plaid End User Privacy Policy governs Plaid's handling of it. Connect only accounts you're authorized to access.

Manila is available exclusively to adults (18 or older) who are residents of the United States with U.S. financial institutions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any subscription registered with a non-U.S. billing address.

The person who subscribes is Player 1 and may invite one other person, Player 2, who signs in with their own Google or Apple account; invite only someone you trust to see everything. Both see every connected card and its information. Each can remove only the banks they connected. Only Player 1 can invite, remove Player 2, or manage the subscription. If Player 2 leaves or is removed, the banks Player 2 connected are disconnected and their information erased. If Player 1 deletes their account, Player 2's access ends, and every bank is disconnected and all information erased. Keep the Google or Apple account you sign in with secure.

It's free for 30 days, then billed automatically at $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year (as chosen at checkout), plus sales tax where it applies, through Stripe, until you cancel from Subscription at the bottom of any page. We email you three days before the trial ends, and before any price change takes effect. The first charge after the trial is refunded if you ask within 30 days of it; otherwise, payments aren't refundable or prorated. Cancelled, it runs to the end of the month or year you paid for; Player 1 deleting their account ends access at once. If it lapses, syncing stops, and on day 60 every bank is disconnected and all information erased.

You get a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license while you subscribe. Don't copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload Manila, or use it unlawfully.

Manila is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. As far as the law allows, Manila LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—including missed or expired card credits, rewards, annual fees, or late fees—or for services it doesn't operate, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. If we shut Manila down, we'll give 30 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

We'll email you before a material change to these terms takes effect; using Manila afterward means you accept it. Washington law governs these terms. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington (or small claims court), and only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action.
